Use Case

System intelligence

Protecting twenty years of SAP expertise - and building faster than ever before.

With customers in over 90 countries, Minol-ZENNER-Group is one of the world's leading providers of consumption-based energy cost billing. At the heart of everything they do sits an SAP landscape two decades in the making. Rather than treating that complexity as a burden, Minol has turned it into a competitive advantage and is now among the first to bring AI directly into the heart of their SAP operations. It's this mindset that led Minol to Conduct, giving their IT teams a single AI platform to navigate, operate, and build on their systems - at a speed that wasn't possible before.

The Challenge

Minol's SAP environment is almost entirely custom: 80–90% of core processes, highly integrated in sap standard processes,  live in proprietary objects built up over the years. When that knowledge lives primarily inside people's heads, it raises a strategic question every mature enterprise faces: how do you make deeply embedded knowledge scalable, and keep your IT teams moving fast as complexity grows?

Asterios Klimatsidas, Community Team Lead BI & ERP SAP at Minol-ZENNER-Group, puts it directly: "The goal was to make the knowledge of our specialists available at scale. Before, a handful of experts spent their day answering questions and trouble shooting - their availability was a bottleneck. Now everyone on the team can access that knowledge independently, regardless of their background. Moreover, AI is reshaping how we develop, how we solve problems, how we make decisions."

Why Conduct
Other AI tools didn't know our objects. Conduct does - and our data never leaves us. That combination is what we were looking for.

Asterios Klimatsidas, Community Team Lead

Across thousands of lines of custom code, getting fast, reliable answers required significant expertise. Conduct connects directly to Minol-ZENNER-Group’s on-premise SAP environment: reading custom objects, understanding configurations, reasoning over the actual code.

But beyond system intelligence, Conduct is also where Minol-ZENNER-Group’s teams actively do their work: writing and reviewing code, resolving incidents, designing architecture, and planning transformations. All with full context of their actual system underneath every interaction.

For Minol-ZENNER-Group, it's the layer that makes twenty years of carefully built SAP investment accessible to the whole team. Turning knowledge into action - securely. Sending proprietary code to a public cloud was not an option, and with Conduct, it never has to be.

Impact
The first step is always Conduct now. We go there before we go anywhere else. And then our normal work continues from there.

Asterios Klimatsidas, Community Team Lead

Within weeks, Conduct had meaningfully changed how work flows across digital transformation, development, support, consulting, and SAP teams.

  • Development speed: “Individual developers have seen up to 90% reduction in time on specific tasks, reducing a full day of work to a single hour”

Code is written, reviewed, and validated faster, with higher quality from the first pass. Where a specification once required four or five meetings to gather enough context, it now takes one.

  • Support and incident resolution: Incidents that once required escalation can now be pinpointed in seconds. "Previously, finding the right object among 40,000 would have consumed an expert's morning. Now I can tell a developer exactly where to look and what to change."

  • Knowledge management: With Conduct, Minol is moving toward always-up-to-date context, built as a byproduct of daily work. "Imagine never writing a document that's already out of date the moment you finish it. Conduct creates documentation in real time. That alone changes everything."

What's next

A few months in, Minol-ZENNER-Group shows no signs of slowing down. Conduct has become the default starting point for every developer, consultant, support manager, process owner, and architect on the team — and the first stop for new joiners, who can plug into the full depth of the system from day one.

Looking ahead, the team is turning its attention to cloud migration projects and inter-system orchestration. The ambition is clear: a single AI layer across the entire landscape, reducing complexity for everyone who works within it.

Conduct: AI that understands your system and lets you act on it.

Minol's story is a new model for how complex enterprises manage knowledge inside their most critical systems - keeping it alive, distributing it across teams, and putting it to work in real time. With Conduct, Minol is not just protecting what it has built over twenty years, it is building faster than ever before.
